​MIKURAJIMA stay plan accepts only passengers who can speak Japanese.
If you do not speak Japanese, you can join MIYAKEJIMA  stay plan

Please be sure to check the contents of the links 1 to 4 below before making a reservation.

*If you are the representative of the group, please be sure to inform the accompanying person of the contents.
It may cause trouble for the accompanying person because they do not understand the content.

We will assume that everyone has agreed to the content.

​ Please note that we will not be able to respond to any troubles or complaints that occur if you do not read.

*Mikurashima stay plan : share rooms with others. （Japanese speaker only）

The 2-3 rooms (rooms for 2-7 people) that have been secured will be divided by gender.

Please refrain from applying if you cannot share a room.
 

*Miyakejima stay plan：Private rooms are available. （English  or Japanese speaker ）
(We may not be able to respond depending on the congestion situation)

◆Please fill out the necessary information in the reservation form below and send it to us.
If you are more than 2 people, please send us all members reservation form.

◆After you make a reservation, we will send you an application form (PDF) by e-mail, so please print it out and fill it out, or fill it out on the web and send it back.

◆Please pay by Wise or Bank transfer. (We will inform you of the payment method after making your reservation.)

◆Cancellation fee will be charged from the 5th day after the reservation is confirmed. In the case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us if the procedure is delayed.

* Please contact us if you would like to transfer to Tokai Kisen advanced cabin. We will arrange it only if there is a vacant seat.

When transferring from 2nd class to special 2nd class, the difference is ¥4,000 one way (¥4,800 in July-August).

【Cancellation Policy】

In case of cancellation after application, the following cancellation fee will be charged per person in addition to the basic fee.

　
・Cancellation within 4 days from the reservation date: Free of charge

・5 days from the reservation dateCancellation after the day up to 30 days before: 3,000 yen

🔹Starting from the day before the trip start date
・Cancellation after the 30th day: 20% of the basic fee

・ Cancellation after the 14th day: 30% of the basic fee

・Cancellation 3 days to 2 days before the trip start date: 40% of the basic fee

・Cancellation on the day before/on the day of travel: 100% of the basic fee
